License Agreement

By creating a Prepware account, you indicate your acceptance of the following license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly discontinue use of your account.

  1. Prepware (software, prepware.com, and Prepware Online) is limited to a single user.
  2. Prepware School (ASA-PWO-SCL) includes a multi-user license agreement. This multi-user license agreement allows multiple instructors to use this product. Students must purchase their own Prepware Online (ASA-PWO-STU) account to access tests provided by their instructors. This agreement does not allow the program to be copied for use outside the named licensee or in any environment not directly associated with the licensee.
  3. The program is owned by ASA (Aviation Supplies & Academics, Inc.) and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, the program may not be copied.
  4. You may not rent, lend, or lease access to the program. You may not disassemble, decode or tamper with the program.
  5. In no event shall ASA be responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or similar damages or lost data or profits. The account owner is entitled to the benefit of the warranties provided by this license and warranty agreement upon activation of the Prepware account. You agree to the Limited Warranty stated below.
  6. This license shall remain in effect until terminated as set forth in the Agreement. You agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Limited Warranty

ASA warrants Prepware, that, if properly operated on an internet-connected device for which it is designed, the program will perform substantially in accordance with the User’s Guide for a period of 45 days from the date of purchase. ASA warrants Prepware to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the program has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. ASA will replace the account with a new activation code during the warranty period, once ASA confirms a problem exists and removes the delinquent account.
